Being a doula became a huge passion of mine while I was pregnant with my first child. I find pregnancy, labor and birth the most empowering events in a new parent's life. Helping you achieve the birth experience you want is my priority. I will support you in any decisions you deem fit for your family. When I'm not raving about birth and birthing people, I am a huge nerd. I love being a couch potato with my husband or playing video games. I am also a mother of my beautiful daughter who was born in November 2021. My family is an extremely important part of my life. Being a doula is the most rewarding path I could have ever chosen to walk on. The birth experience is so important and I'd be honored to be there with you!

Gaby found herself like most parents with a newborn, staring at her phone in the middle of the night looking for ways to get her baby to sleep. Despite a mountain of books and well-intentioned blogs, the whole family struggled with sleep until they hired a sleep consultant when her first child turned two. The impacts on her family’s mental health (and her marriage) were so profound that Gaby felt compelled to offer the same service to other families. After completing her certification, she founded Rockabye Rockies. Since then, she’s made it her mission to create an inclusive and flexible space for all families to find sleep.

My session with Cre was incredibly valuable, prompting me to share my thoughts in this review. Cre effortlessly facilitated our conversation, allowing me to open up about my struggles with being a good Father. Her suggestions for addressing them were insightful. I'm definitely coming back! Thank you, Cre!

I’m a postpartum doula who’s all about showing up for families during that wild, wonderful, and sometimes overwhelming time after birth. After navigating my own rocky postpartum journey, I made it my mission to ensure other parents feel supported, heard, and never alone. People often describe me as warm, grounded, and a great listener—the kind of “you’ve got this” energy every new parent needs. Now back in Colorado with my wife, our almost three-year-old son, and our small pack of lovable dogs, I bring real-life experience and heartfelt care to every family I support. I’m fluent in Spanish and English, and I’m especially passionate about supporting marginalized families and creating postpartum spaces that feel safe, inclusive, and welcoming. When I’m not doula-ing, you can find me thrifting for hidden gems, spending time outdoors, or experimenting with traditional Mexican recipes passed down from my grandma. My goal? To meet you where you are—with zero judgment and lots of love.

Yara helped us so much in our journey! She was very flexible(especially since my last baby came two weeks early!) in arrival to the hospital in the middle of the night, bringing packed meals, and helping prepare space for our growing family. I felt so much support through her mentally and physically, because she was so welcoming and comforting. She was able to know exactly what I needed or may want and made the experience that much easier!

I have been so happy going to see Dr. Diana! i was skeptical about Chiropractors but i was having horrible lower back pain during pregnancy. My sister convinced me to go. I made the appointment and she was able to get me in quickly-she talked me through everything she would be doing including moving the table up and down so i would know what it sounds like. She was very gentle and I have not had any lower back pain since. So happy I found her! She is an expert and you will not be disappointed!

Abi was my doula and I dont know what my birth experience would've been like without her! She was there from the start of labor, the transition to the hospital, and afterwards for 6 weeks. She was attentive, gentle, supportive, kind, and generous. I appreciate her nursing background, while she wasnt my nurse, she offered a type of wisdom we needed. So very grateful for you Abi, I cant possibly repay you for your service. We love you!

I have a masters degree in pediatric nursing and I’m an internationally board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). My career started 10 years ago in inpatient pediatrics and the neonatal ICU. I then moved to a pediatric outpatient clinic due to a desire to focus on preventative medicine and patient education. When I had my own struggle breastfeeding my daughter it drove me to focus my career on lactation. I have personally experienced triple feeding, bottle refusal, oral function concerns, maintaining supply while working and breastfeeding in toddlerhood. I have a passion for helping moms understand how their babies developmental milestones influence their breastfeeding experience. I pride myself on providing education rooted in evidence based research. Becoming a mom changed my life so profoundly that now motherhood and breastfeeding are my favorite things to get to talk to other women about.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brooke and the incredible support she provided throughout my breastfeeding journey. From the very beginning, Brooke was a calm and reassuring presence during the early, often overwhelming, stages of breastfeeding. Her gentle approach and deep knowledge immediately put me at ease, and she helped me build both confidence and trust in the process. What truly stood out was Brooke’s exceptional communication—she explained everything clearly and thoroughly, always taking the time to answer my questions with patience and kindness. I never felt rushed, and she consistently made sure I felt supported and heard. As my journey evolved and I transitioned to exclusively pumping, Brooke remained an invaluable resource. Her expertise extended far beyond the basics—she guided me through the challenges of pumping with practical tips, emotional support, and a deep understanding of how to make the experience sustainable and positive. Thanks to Brooke, I felt empowered and informed every step of the way. She genuinely cares about the families she works with, and it shows in everything she does. I am beyond grateful for her guidance and could not have asked for a better lactation consultant. Highly, highly recommend!
