Service introduction
After my own difficult journey into motherhood with postpartum anxiety, depression and OCD paired with learning about what it means to be a highly sensitive mama - I knew I had to create a therapy practice dedicated to helping moms during pregnancy, postpartum and early motherhood. I have specialized training from Postpartum Support International, 1000s of hours of reading and research & my own personal healing journey that influence my approach to helping each of my clients. I utilize a combination of mindfulness techniques, narrative therapy and psychoedcuation about what it means to be highly sensitive (if this applies to you) to help you create a life and motherhood where you feel calm, confident & connected with yourself and your family. I can help you. You’re not alone. You’ve come to the right place. You can feel better. You can be more present. You can actually enjoy your motherhood instead of wanting to run away and hide. It’s all within you.
