Tiara is the owner of Crowned & Crowned. She founded the company following a traumatic birth experience in an effort to heal and give back to women like her. She is a licensed nurse, trained doula and fertility coach, and board certified lactation consultant. She is a self proclaimed "book worm", and constantly is found reading books or listening to podcasts that challenge her to dig deeper and learn more. This has opened doors for her in the arenas of public speaking, advocacy, and business coaching. Tiara values her life experiences and uses them as reference points to better serve her clients. As a mother of five children, her "on the job" experience has allowed her to meet her clients where they are, and give them a honest and transparent perspective of what to expect. Some of her specialities are supporting families with NICU journeys, multiples, and various other multifaceted cases. As of follower of Christ, Tiara understands that she not only works for the families she serves, but has a higher calling that she humbly accepts.

Hello, my name is Sherri, and I am a self-proclaimed Birth Nerd! I was born with a love for all things birth related. My passion increased after working in healthcare for over 20 years as a National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and IV infusionist in busy Rheumatology and OB/GYN practices. I started my master’s program in 2014 and earned my degree in Health Education and Health Promotion in 2016. That same year, I become a Health Education Specialist with a focus in maternal and fetal health and human lactation. Shortly thereafter, with continued coursework, a Doula was born. I have been a Doula for family and friends for many years, so naturally I wanted to share this passion with other birthers in the world. It is truly a blessing to bear witness and hold space for someone during one of the most empowering and vulnerable times in their life. At B2B, we believe that everyone should have the birth experience that they desire. Whether your choice be a natural, unmedicated birth, a medicated birth, or a belly birth (Cesarean birth), we will RESPECT your right to choose. We will educate you on how to advocate for the birth you deserve. When I’m not at a birth I enjoy spending time with my husband (retired Naval Officer), my 3 amazing kids plus bonus son in love, and my 3 beautiful grandbabies. I also love reading, traveling, and cooking traditional cuisines from countries that I have visited.

Hi! I’m Susan, a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, mom of two little girls, and a former Kindergarten teacher. I’m glad you found me :-) I am a gentle sleep coach and use the Sleep Sense method of interval reassurance with the option of staying in the room with your child with a gradual exit plan. I feel that one of our most sacred jobs as a parent is to help our babies feel safe and secure not just during the day but at night, too. Sleep is crucial in child development and I believe that children who struggle to find sleep can be taught healthy sleep habits. I’ve personally experienced this when we worked with a consultant to solve our youngest’s sleep troubles! If your child is struggling to find sleep or relies on you to fall asleep, let’s chat. I’d love to help your family get the sleep you all deserve!

Over a decade ago, I began my journey into birth work as a medical assistant in an OB/GYN office. While I was honored to support women during such sacred moments, I often felt a quiet yearning — a desire to connect on a more soulful, heart-centered level, free from the clinical routines. As my own life shifted toward a more holistic and intentional path, I realized that birth, healing, and connection could be honored in a much deeper way. Today, I am blessed to walk this path as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Full-Spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Yoni Steam Practitioner. My work is rooted in the belief that birth is not just a medical event — it is a sacred, transformational rite of passage. I am here to hold space for women who choose to honor their bodies, their intuition, and the sacred rhythms of life. Together, we embrace a more natural, connected way of bringing life into the world. I walk alongside women through some of the most powerful and transformational moments of their lives. As a massage therapist and doula, I specialize in nurturing women's wellness — supporting those facing chronic gynecological challenges, guiding women on their journey to conception through natural and assisted methods, and holding space throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I honor all birth stories, offering care for home births, VBACs, surrogacies, and adoptions. My support continues into the postpartum season, and I provide compassionate care for families navigating the grief of pregnancy and infant loss. As a certified Peristeam facilitator, I also harness the ancient wisdom of herbal yoni steaming to help women reclaim their womb health and reconnect with their inner power. My mission is to nurture, empower, and celebrate every woman’s journey with reverence and love. As a mom of two, life keeps me busy — especially as a proud band mom. When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time with my kids. And when I do manage to steal a moment for myself, you can bet I’m reading. I'm an avid book lover, always ready to dive into a good story, whether it's fiction, nonfiction, or something paranormal.

Emily graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA in 2011 with a bachelors in psychology and minor in cognition and neuroscience. After working in clinical research with multiple sclerosis for several years, she earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Columbia University in New York, NY in 2018. She later completed an orthopedic residency with the George Washington and Johns Hopkins Hospital residency program in Baltimore, MD where she received advanced training and mentorship in all orthopedic injuries and conditions. During residency, Emily developed an affinity for working with chronic pain and spine conditions. At this time, she also served as adjunct faculty at George Washington University’s department of physical therapy. Throughout residency, Emily worked closely with pelvic health therapists, and she began to develop an interest in the pelvic floor and its role in orthopedic conditions, especially in postpartum women. This encouraged her to take additional coursework on pelvic health, spanning from incontinence and prolapse to pelvic pain, constipation, and pregnancy. Emily lives in Northern VA with her amazing husband, and loves to stay active with hiking and swimming. You’ll find her reading about the lives of the saints, watching Formula 1 racing, and trying to keep up with her nieces and nephews.
