About Susan

Hi! I’m Susan, a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, mom of two little girls, and a former Kindergarten teacher. I’m glad you found me :-) I am a gentle sleep coach and use the Sleep Sense method of interval reassurance with the option of staying in the room with your child with a gradual exit plan. I feel that one of our most sacred jobs as a parent is to help our babies feel safe and secure not just during the day but at night, too. Sleep is crucial in child development and I believe that children who struggle to find sleep can be taught healthy sleep habits. I’ve personally experienced this when we worked with a consultant to solve our youngest’s sleep troubles! If your child is struggling to find sleep or relies on you to fall asleep, let’s chat.
