Ms. Kim is a God sent. She is kind, funny, and very personable. I always look forward to hiring a doula when I became pregnant and was referred by my aunt to contact Ms. Kim. From our first contact to our meet and greet she is so sweet and knows her stuff. Throughout my pregnancy I know I asked a million questions, and she answered all of them lol. Thank you bestie for giving me comfort and peace through my labor and now post partum at home.

The best doula a girl could’ve asked for! Very sweet, patient, understanding, affordable, and gets the job done. She’s very reliable and convenient. If I were to have another baby, I would choose her as my doula again. All 5’s across the board. She’s family now! <3

What can I say, hiring a doula and post-partum was a God sent. Ms. Kimberly was great, kind and loving. She came and sat with me in the hospital as a I was going through labor. I wanted unmedicated and she helped me relax. Labor is no joke but her techniques helped me. I was over-stimulated, tired, hungry and dehydrated but Ms. Kim was there the whole time. I appreciate her through the long process. Thank you.

My experience with Mrs. Kim was wonderful from beginning to end. She offered care, concern and patience. Me being a first time mom, she exceeded my expectations and more. She even came to support me and my baby once I got home. If you are unsure of hiring a doula let me say do it. Her packages are very reasonable and she cares on what she does. Thank you, my next pregnancy I would definitely hire again and refer to anyone.

I hired this doula during my pregnancy and specifically expressed concerns ahead of time about whether she would truly be available when I went into labor. I was reassured that she would be there and understood how important continuous support was to me. Unfortunately, during my induction and active labor, she repeatedly texted me that she needed to finish work obligations first before coming to the hospital. As a laboring mother, it was incredibly upsetting to feel like I was waiting on my doula to finish work while I was actively progressing through labor and needing support. The most important part of doula care is being present during those intense moments, and that is when I felt unsupported. By the time she eventually came to the hospital, hours had already passed and my husband and I had emotionally moved forward without her support because the situation had already caused additional stress and disappointment during labor. While she did refund $100, I do not feel the service matched what was promised before I hired her. I was also disappointed that when I tried to express how hurt I was, the focus shifted heavily onto her feelings rather than acknowledging the impact this had on my birth experience. I’m sharing this review so other expecting mothers understand the importance of having very clear expectations about availability, backup support, and work conflicts before hiring a doula

She is extremely caring and empathetic. She stays calm while under pressure, she would be a great support for any expecting mother. She has a passion to help mothers and since her pregnancy wasn't easy, she really understands what expecting mothers need.

I have known Kim since elementary school. She was always sweet, kind and patient. Still this day, I wish her all the best in her new journey as a birth doula. She is the perfect person to care for new mommies and newborns.
