I am a traveling full spectrum Doula providing services in San Bernardino Riverside, San Diego, Los Angeles county as well as parts of Antelope Valley and Kern in Southern California. As a traveling full spectrum doula I come to you. I offer both prenatal, postpartum, miscarriage, and abortion services. I offer comprehensive support to families throughout the southern California region accepting various insurance and direct pay clients. I operate on the fundamental belief that every individual deserves dedicated care during the transition into parenthood. My mission is to offer continuous guidance before and after birth, ensuring you feel fully seen, heard, and supported. By establishing a foundation of trust and confidence, I help empower you to step into your role as a parent with assurance. Becoming a parent is the most significant transformation to undergo in one's lifetime this can be both a magical and fulfilling experience but it’s not without its challenges and, without proper care and support, you can sometimes be left wondering what to do or where to go well here at Harmonious Care we are here to provide the support you need during this transition. Services offered ( what to expect) Prenatal services: assist with creating a birth plan by navigating through the birthing process and empowering you to make decisions around pain medication and delivery wants needs and concerns also determining how best your doula can support you during labor Birth Support: Provide support with pain management through breathing, massage, moving through laboring positions, preparing snacks, staying as close to the birth plan as possible as well as supporting your decision-making during emergency situations After Birth:If postpartum care is wanted birth doula will help you stay comfortable, support with feeding, gather any information and resources.

Marr is the best doula! She provided the best experience. She scheduled appointments through zoom, even came to my Obgyn appointment, came home after delivery. She was always in touch via messages, answering my questions. She was helpful with lots of information such as yoga exercises, breathing techniques. She guided me during contractions through messages as well. And she did her best at the hospital itself. I felt so heard when she was there for me. She was like a relative and a medical worker at the same time. Without her help I couldn’t breathe even. I felt her support entirely. Thank you so so much I love you
