About me

Birth/Postpartum Doula at Belly First Concierge Supporting Families In Maryland, DC, VA! Amanda, a DMV native and the mother of three, knew early on in life the importance of support during and after pregnancy. As a child she was always fascinated with birth shows on TV and knew her calling would be within the birth world. She decided to become a doula, given the circumstances surrounding her own births and postpartum experiences. With a background in customer service, she goes above and beyond for the families she supports. In 2017 she started supporting families as a birth/postpartum doula. Her goal is to empower you during your journey, and to provide you and your family with the tools, support and knowledge needed to navigate your new normal. She truly lives by the motto, “It takes a village.”

Birth Support
This investment includes the following: Monthly check-ins via facetime/ phone call. Please note you will have unlimited access if needed in between official check-ins. Resourceful tip sheets and additional reading guides. Two 2-4 hours in person education sessions. On call support at 37 weeks onward to your due date. Continuous labor and birth support in person permitting hospital policy. Up to 2 hours of care after baby is born​. Sweet or savory treat. Postpartum wellness visit.

This investment includes the following: Virtual or in-person session to go over birthday logistics. We will walk through the c-section procedure, and how your support person and I can make the process the most comfortable for you. As well as postpartum preparation and planning.​ Phone/Email Support leading up to the birth.​ In person support before and immediately after birth. ​ Sweet or savory treat Postpartum wellness visit.
