About me

Hello! My name is Raine, and I am a traveling full spectrum doula located in Southern Illinois. I became fascinated with birth and helping fellow birthing parents after I gave birth to my child three years ago. I believe birth, postpartum, and all vulnerable times in a persons life are sacred and should be a peaceful, relaxing, and healing experience for those involved. I try to create a judgement free place for parents seeking support. I specialize in LGBTQ+ support and water birth. In my free time I enjoy taking my toddler to the park, bicycling around town and matcha lattes with my friends!

Service introduction

I provide full spectrum support for birthing parents, transition support, and surgical recovery support. Travel costs depend on distance, in mileage within 300 mile radius, and travel costs (plane, train) outside of that within the United States. Holistic, nature and evidence based care, and we are an LGBTQ+ business.

We meet (virtually or in person) before you give birth to go over your needs and expectations, and when you go into labor I come to you to support you through your birth. Payment plans available.

We meet (virtually or in person) throughout your pregnancy, and I accompany you to your birth and provide support for birth. Payment plans available.

Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum Support
We meet (virtually or in person) throughout your pregnancy, and I accompany you to your birth and provide support for birth. 20 daytime Postpartum hours provided, in 4 hour shifts or 8 hour shifts. Payment plans available.
