I’m a Pelvic and Orthopedic Physical Therapist, Birth Doula and educator and leader of the Integrated Woman Movement focusing on reconnecting to our intuitive spirit while using the best of science for a fully supported pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. I live in the Pascack Valley of Northern NJ and see clients in my office and virtually. I enjoy all things science and energetic in nature and love to be outside taking in the beauty of the natural world.
