🌟 Meet Debi 🌟 From corporate hustle in NYC to the calming world of yoga, Debi’s journey is both inspiring and transformative. Beginning her yoga practice in 1990 to manage work stress, Debi studied under her first teacher, Henry, in East Village. A decade later, her passion naturally shifted to prenatal yoga during her pregnancy. Her daughter was born in Spring 2001, and she had the beautiful experience of a home birth with her son on Long Island in 2005. For over 20 years, Debi has been empowering women as a childbirth educator and a clinically trained hypnotist specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum health. Debi also teaches HypnoBirthing to couples and trains aspiring educators, sharing her rich expertise in holistic birthing practices. 🤝 An active member of various health and wellness networks, Debi enriches her students with diverse resources and has shared her expertise at esteemed platforms like The Ross School and News12 Long Island Naturally. Her collaborations include working with notable figures such as Suzanne Arms, Karen Brody, Dr. John Travis, and Gina Kirby. Following her 200-hour yoga teacher training, Debi embraced the Yoga Birthing Method and pursued Pre-Natal Yoga Certification. 🌿 She participated in an intensive workshop with NY Times bestseller and Transformational powerhouse Debbie Ford during a holy land cruise. As a Certified Master Trainer with HypnoBirthing International [training directly with founder Marie "Mickey" Mongan], Debi has also completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Mindfulness Educator Certification, and recently, the Body Ready Method. Since 2014, Debi has been dedicated to her role as a Perinatal Educator at Mount Sinai South Nassau, combining her extensive experience to support women through pregnancy and birth.
