HI! I'm Catherine, a postpartum doula and sleep consultant in the Charlotte area. I am extremely passionate about women and children and supporting families with new family additions. I have been in newborn care for over 9 years. I also help train little ones to sleep through the night. I'd love to be a part of our postpartum journey. Much love.

Recent review

We used Catherine as a night nurse as well as a sleep trainer. She was invaluable to our family, especially in those first few weeks. She was always prompt, dependable, and truly cared for our sweet girl like she was her own. I had Post Partum Anxiety and Catherine was one of the only people I felt comfortable trusting my daughter with. By 8 weeks old our daughter was sleeping through the night, which was a huge game changer for our family. After a few illnesses my daughter was waking every 2 hours for nearby 8 weeks when she was around 6 months old. I called Catherine and she had our baby back to sleeping through the night in just 3 days. We love her dearly!

Hello! My name is Racquel. I am an advocate to my core. I have always been passionate about advocacy and support. It is my belief that we can all make better decisions when armed with the right information. We have choices in everything we do. I feel that when we make decisions from a place of being informed we feel better about the choices we make. My background is in education, counseling and advocacy. My journey to birth work began after the birth of my son and subsequent pregnancy losses. Through these experiences I was able to see the importance and need of birth workers to support families. Pregnancy, child birth and pregnancy loss are sacred times and can also be scary. It is my goal to help ease the fear and focus more the on the sacredness of this time. All women deserve support regardless of their journey; whether that is pregnancy, miscarriage, still birth, abortion, birth and postpartum.

Welcome to Nest and Nurture Doula Services holding space for your journey into parenthood. My name is Patricia, and I believe that birth is not just a physical event—it’s a sacred passage. As a doula and the heart behind Nest and Nurture Doula Services, I walk beside families during one of the most sensitive, powerful, and life-shaping moments: the creation of new life. Every birth is unique, every mother is different, and every family has its own rhythm. My role is to tune in, listen deeply, and support you in the way that you need most. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I tailor my care around your needs—whether that means offering grounding techniques during labor, emotional support for your partner, or simply being a calm, steady presence in the room. My philosophy is simple: when your mind feels safe and supported, your body can do what it was divinely designed to do. My goal is to empower your thoughts so your body can flow with strength, peace, and purpose. At Nest and Nurture Doula Services, we’re not just witnessing a birth—we’re helping nurture the legacy of love, resilience, and belonging you’re creating for your child. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to hold your hand, honor your choices, and walk with you—one breath, one wave, one beautiful moment at a time.

Hi my name is Jessica! I live in Denver on our family farm with my husband and 2 kids. I’ve been passionate about pregnancy and childbirth since I can remember. I originally trained as a birth doula in 2011, gained some experience and then we started our own family. The doula lifestyle wasn’t something that worked for us while my babies were small. I took about 10 years off from birth work (besides doing births for family) until 2023 when I felt called back to birth work, and I re-trained and certified. I deeply enjoy getting to know my clients and assisting with getting them confident and ready for their birth. I hope to provide my clients with everything they need to make informed decisions that are right for them, feeling confident to advocate for themselves and bringing a calming presence into their birth space, whether that’s at home, at the birth center or a hospital.

I am the Founder and Postpartum Doula behind Healing Touch. Healing Touch was created to support women and their families as they make their journey into parenthood. As a mother myself, I know how having a child transforms who you are, and I am honored to be part of this life-changing process. My desire to become a postpartum doula began after I experienced the struggles that come along with having a newborn. Although the fourth trimester is a very exciting time, it can also be extremely challenging. There was so much I didn’t know, especially around my mental health and what to expect. With my firstborn, my labor and delivery was long and hard, which led me to having certain interventions I didn’t plan on. For the next few months, I had feelings of inadequency and really struggled emotionally. I did not have close family living nearby to help and though it was tough at times, this journey gave me a profound appetite to support others in their postpartum journey. I have a passion for celebrating the postpartum period and educating, empowering, and helping families. When I’m not working as a doula, you can find me at home spending time with my husband and two boys (5 and 7), cuddling up with a good book or boating on Lake Norman.

I’m a mother of three and a doula, called to care for others. Before birth work, I spent six years as a caregiver for the elderly, children, and adults with disabilities, learning patience, compassion, and presence. My own birth experiences two cesareans, postpartum preeclampsia, and a transformative third birth taught me the power of being informed, supported, and truly heard. That journey inspired me to help others navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence and care. I offer calm, heart-centered support, meeting you where you are with no judgment or pressure. Birth isn’t just about bringing a baby into the world it’s about your transformation too. You deserve to feel held, respected, and empowered every step of the way, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you on this journey.

I love helping others and am truly passionate about contributing to the greater good with small acts of kindness every day. My heart is in this work. In high school I learned how much I loved working with kids and their families. When I received consistent praise for my abilities, I committed to nannying for a livelihood. Nineteen years and many episodes of "One Born Every Minute," "A Baby Story," and "Maternity Ward" later, I am pursuing something that has been on my mind since childhood. Through my own therapeutic work and reproductive journey, I knew I had much more to offer than just childcare. I have always been fascinated by the human body and its capabilities during conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Newborn and child development have always been at the forefront of my mind and something I love witnessing as a nanny and aunt. I have been a lifelong learner in these topics. I also love encouraging birthing folx to be empowered and confident in their choices and experiences instead of feeling embarrassment, shame, inferiority, or fear. So, here I am: mindful, present, and full of hope for the futures of new families and children everywhere. Here’s to lifelong learning and growing together to create a kinder, more compassionate, and inclusive world.

My name is Rachel Campbell. I'm a 30-something wife and mama to two crazy kiddos and one dog. I have been immersed in the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum world since 2017 and had two amazing doula-attended births of my own. I decided to take the plunge into doula work in 2021. I completed my CAPPA training in November of 2021 and I'm working toward my official certification. I've seen firsthand what it's like to have long and difficult labors, challenging physical and/or emotional recoveries in the postpartum period, and just about every breastfeeding struggle in the book. It is my hope that the skills I've learned in finding good help and working to identify solutions that aid both Mama AND Baby in equal measure can help other families.

I had an amazing experience working with Tesia as my doula for our fourth baby. We had a homebirth and Tesia helped make it a smooth and positive experience. I looked forward to our visits and she was so easy to talk to and always made me feel at peace about my birth plan. She is very knowledgeable about physiological birth and a wealth of knowledge! Highly recommend adding Tesia to your birth team!

Hi, I’m Julie. I’m so glad you’re here! My passion for birth and motherhood started at a young age. All I ever wanted to be was a mom. After I had my fifth baby I felt sad realizing that this part of my life was over. I soon discovered that my calling to serve mamas as a birth doula however was just beginning. My hubby has been there beside me through it all as our children have been born naturally in both hospital and home settings. I use that firsthand knowledge now to serve you with not just my rigorous training and certification through Birth Arts International, but also through my own personal experience. I was introduced to essential oils in 2014, and every day since then has been a family journey to more natural patterns of health and wellness. I have seen and experienced success time after time using the oils throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and with a newborn. I feel confident in my ability to protect my family’s health no matter what is going on around us, and that’s something I enjoy paying forward to other moms and families.
