About me

I am a life coach for parents - with emphasis on moms - postpartum doula, CLC, RN and educator of 20 years…and mom to 7. My experience and passion makes me a great coach and educator for moms. I understand the pressures, internal and external, of parenting, and am passionate about empowering moms with tools to give them greater confidence, less worry, and help them show up their best selves. The education, tools, and experience I’ve gained over the past 20 years puts you in good hands when you need knowledge, or help seeing more clearly the path you want to be on. Then we do the work to get you there! Virtual and in-person services and classes are available.

Service introduction

I provide life coaching for moms (new or experienced), lactation counseling for breastfeeding parents, postpartum support, education, and nurturing for parents with new infants, and infant and child choking and CPR. I offer virtual and in-person classes on breastfeeding, newborn care, and infant/child CPR and choking.
