I’m a mother of three and a doula, called to care for others. Before birth work, I spent six years as a caregiver for the elderly, children, and adults with disabilities, learning patience, compassion, and presence. My own birth experiences two cesareans, postpartum preeclampsia, and a transformative third birth taught me the power of being informed, supported, and truly heard. That journey inspired me to help others navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence and care. I offer calm, heart-centered support, meeting you where you are with no judgment or pressure. Birth isn’t just about bringing a baby into the world it’s about your transformation too.
