About me

I’m a mother of three and a doula, called to care for others. Before birth work, I spent six years as a caregiver for the elderly, children, and adults with disabilities, learning patience, compassion, and presence. My own birth experiences two cesareans, postpartum preeclampsia, and a transformative third birth taught me the power of being informed, supported, and truly heard. That journey inspired me to help others navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence and care. I offer calm, heart-centered support, meeting you where you are with no judgment or pressure. Birth isn’t just about bringing a baby into the world it’s about your transformation too. You deserve to feel held, respected, and empowered every step of the way, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you on this journey.
