In the event of a true medical emergency requiring separation, my partner will remain with the baby at all times. Immediate Skin-to-Skin: Following birth, please immediately place baby on my chest. Delayed Cord Clamping: Delay All Procedures: Please delay all newborn procedures until baby and I have had time to bond. Please perform all necessary procedures in my presence and while baby is in my arms. Breastfeeding: I plan to exclusively breastfeed if possible.
