With over a decade of experience as a behavioral therapist working with children, teens, and young adults, my clients have had diagnoses such as ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and with special considerations such as trauma, disability, and phobias. I'm trained in biobehavioral health, the study of the interplay between biology and psychology. When we work together, I'll help you identify the barriers to optimal health and support you in making habits that are both practical and long-lasting.

Hey mama, I’m Pam! I’m so glad you’re here. Being a doula brings me so much joy. It’s truly my passion and such a gift to walk alongside women through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of motherhood. I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula based in Ontario, California. With a background in women’s health and fertility support, I bring both heart and knowledge to the care I provide. My goal is to help you feel confident and at peace throughout your journey. I am here to offer steady support, guidance, and encouragement so you can trust your body, your choices, and the process, knowing you are never alone. When I’m not serving mamas, you’ll probably find me at Disney with my husband, soaking up all the magic, with the best treats.

As a first-time mom, I had no idea what to expect going into labor and delivery. I was overwhelmed with information, emotions, and fear of the unknown. Hiring Pamela as our doula turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From our very first meeting, she radiated warmth, confidence, and compassion. She took the time to get to know me and my birth preferences without any judgment, offering gentle guidance and information to help me feel empowered and prepared. When labor began, she was right there, calm, steady, and supportive. She instinctively knew what I needed at every moment! Whether it was counter pressure during contractions, helping me breathe through a particularly intense moment, or simply whispering encouragement when I felt like giving up. She also supported my partner in ways we didn’t even realize we needed, helping him feel confident and involved rather than helpless. The birth itself was beautiful, intense, and deeply emotional. I truly believe I had the positive birth experience I hoped for because of her guidance and presence. Even after the birth, she stayed to make sure we were comfortable, and followed up with incredible postpartum care, checking in on my physical recovery, my emotional well-being, and helping us navigate those early newborn days. She wasn’t just a doula, she was an anchor, an advocate, a coach, and a friend. I honestly can’t imagine going through this journey without her by our side. Every mom deserves someone like Pamela. Someone who will hold space for your experience, empower you, and walk with you every step of the way. I’m endlessly grateful. If you’re considering hiring her, don’t hesitate! She’s truly extraordinary ❤️

Hi there! My name is Bri and I am a Full Spectrum Doula located in the Los Angeles area. It's my goal to help you prepare for the birth you envision and to set you up for success during your postpartum period. I offer additional services such as childbirth education, placenta encapsulation, support during miscarriage and termination, and much more. I birthed my little one during the summer of 2021 at home (doula and midwife in attendance), which is what ultimately led me to doula work. When I'm not visiting with clients or at a birth, I run a natural skin care business and do some nutritional consulting. I love to cook and read, but I'm mostly enjoying motherhood in my free time.

My daughter had a great experience with her Doula Pauline Manning. By it being her first time giving birth she made her labor experience the best, she was very supportive, tentative , patient, hands on and gave her a lot of emotional support. Very soothing to her she gave her massages ,they walked together , She had my daughter do the ball exercise. Accommodated with whatever she needed. I highly recommend Ms. Manning she's the best . We just had our first baby. It turned out to be a great choice to have Renee as our doula. We had two fruitful prenatal sessions to prepare a thorough birth plan and to practice various techniques for coping with contractions and pushing effectively. She was also very helpful through my whole laboring process. With her help, I managed to make sensible decisions about medical interventions and had a memorable laboring experience without regret.

Matrescence::: Embracing your journey of Motherhood I guide women through the unknown and chaotic journey, called birth. I am a compassionate guide offering soothing wisdom and expert support. My specialty is being a safe space for mothers to heal from past birth trauma. I help mothers reclaim their power and embody confidence for the next birth. ensuring parents feel seen, supported and ready to thrive. After my first born, I immediately knew that my birth experience was something amazing, transformational and empowering. I just didnt have the words, but after my first doula training I could better put it in a much richer context and support other mothers, pre-conception through postpartum. Over the next years I shared my story and supported mothers in my community as a doula. Eventually working as a full time postpartum doula, I realized a major barrier was during the breastfeediing journey. I followed my passion in nurturing mothers into their new normal, with confidence, comfort and compassion while training to become a lactation lactation consultant. I am now an expert wombkeeper- Waterbirth & Postpartum Doula, Afterbirth Restorative Therapist, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) just to name a few. I find much pleasure and joy in nurturing new families as they discover, connect and create their family culture around the couplet. The cornerstone of my practice honors each mother’s unique journey of matrescence, the experience of becoming a mother. My resassuring, soothing wisdom and expert skills cultivate a visceral connection and safe space for new parents. I have traveled, trained and supported mothers internationally through pregnancy, labor/birth and breastfeeding. My signature, Afterbith Restorative Therapy Methods, support the new mother with restorative practices like belly binding, V-Steam, closing of the bones, as a time/space to reflect on their birth experiences. The Afterbirth Restorative Therapy Method not only provides a new mother with a greater sense of well-being; the new mother is better to care for herself and her new baby.

Hello there! My name is Cynthia Alvarado and I identify as she/her. I'm happily married to a wonderful man, and we have a beautiful 12-year-old boy, who is currently in middle school. My journey in Baby Night Care began in 2011 when a dear friend of mine, who is a Doula, recommended that I take a Doula training course. At that time, I had no idea what a doula was, but I was fascinated when she explained it to me. I loved babies and was excited to work with them and nurture families in their postpartum journey. When I took my doula training, I was eighteen and pregnant with my son Julian Alvarado! Julian was my first experience with newborns, and it was an incredible experience for me. As I was young and had no work experience, I started as a part-time daytime nanny. Later on, I began doing night nanny work while still working daytime. I slowly started building my experience and resume, and eventually started working full-time night-time only as a postpartum doula. Since then, I have continued my education in newborn and postpartum care, and I've become a Certified Doula, a Certified Newborn Specialist, a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and I've earned a degree in Child Development, specializing in infant care. I have been working with families for over ten years now, and I absolutely love it. I have combined all my careers to provide personalized care that fulfills each family's unique needs. I offer emotional and lactation support, education, resources, empowerment, and nurturing for the whole family, as well as baby care services. If you need any help or support, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm here to help!

Hello Parents, I decided to begin my service as a Postpartum Doula because I have a passion for the wellness of women and children. I worked before as a Youth Liasion advocating for young people who battled homelessness. In my service, I met with several clients with little ones and they lacked the necessary resources to care for their children. I noticed the emotional strain that was placed on the mothers so I would help out where I could. I love spending time with children so I made the decision to become educated. My philosophy is this: you are not alone and it is perfectly fine to not know. You have support and you deserve it. My role is to help educate your family on how to care for your newborn and also provide emotional support so you can enjoy the process. Please feel free to reach out and contact me!
