My daughters birth and postpartum which wasn’t easy is what drives me to want to help families have the best birth experience possible and help make the postpartum journey a little easier. It’s always an honor to support families. As a Doula I support family mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically along with providing evidence base information when needed. Everyone could use a little more help and someone to advocate for them when necessary.
