Hey y’all! My name is Doula LO✨ I am a holistic, full circle birth worker based in the Orlando area. My practice embraces the convergence of nature, science, and spirit in order to support birthing families. Drawing from the wisdom passed down by many mothers before me, I incorporate traditional methods that prioritize your well being, and help reduce the need for medical intervention. I emphasize the mind-body connection, guiding you through mindfulness techniques that will help train and strengthen you for birth. I offer evidence-based birthing resources and explanations of phenomena, so that your family feels empowered to make well informed decisions. Your voice matters! Together, we will create a personalized birthing plan centered around your individual needs. This will help you and your birthing team feel confident advocating when necessary. I specialize in “pain” relief and partner support during labor, whether in a hospital, birthing center, or home birth setting. Once your baby is earth side, I offer breastfeeding support and postpartum visits in order to ease your transition into a growing family. Your desires are my priority! I look forward to being your companion on this journey!
