I provide continuous labor support on your birth day and a postpartum visit to check in, process your birth experience, and support your transition into parenthood. This option offers both preparation and hands-on care for a more supported journey.

I will be by your side providing continuous emotional reassurance, physical comfort measures, and calm guidance as you navigate your birth experience. My role is to help you feel supported, informed, and confident while honoring your choices and voice throughout labor.

Comfort Measures + Birth Plan

This package is ideal for families who want guidance and hands-on preparation without full doula labor support. It combines personalized birth planning with practical comfort techniques to help you feel informed, confident, and supported going into labor. We’ll work together to clarify your birth preferences, explore options, and create a thoughtful, flexible birth plan. You’ll also learn effective comfort measures—such as breathing techniques, labor positions, movement, and relaxation strategies—that you or your support person can use during labor. This package empowers you with knowledge and tools so you feel prepared to advocate for yourself and navigate birth with confidence.
