I'm a doula and infant/child CPR Instructor who specializes in lactation education and support. As a mother of 3 (& 1 currently growing), my mission is to support new families in their transition through pregnancy & parenthood, and to help mothers breastfeed as long as possible! My vision is for ALL moms to feel truly empowered and to embrace their new self while learning to care for their growing babies! I promise to provide only evidence-based information, the BEST resources I can find, and support that leaves you feeling motivated & optimistic on your new journey! I look forward to creating an authentic sense of strength and support for birthing persons, partners and their family!
