About me

Gina Aleman seeks to cultivate trust in our bodies and instincts during the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum season. As an educator for more than 10 years, Gina graciously shares relevant and evidence-based information with her clients through childbirth education, birth doula support, lactation guidance, sleep education, and postpartum care. Her own peaceful birth experiences paved the way for her to begin supporting friends-- and then their friends-- as they charted their way through birth preparation, birth itself, lactation, and the postpartum months. Their trust helped her to trust her aptitude for birth support. Gina's expansive experience as an educator allows her to meet each person where they are, setting aside bias or personal beliefs to give each family what they specifically need to grow.
