About me

My name is Dominique Williams. I am a Full Spectrum Doula with a background in crisis response and a passion for perinatal mental health. I believe every family deserves to feel safe, heard, and supported throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. I enjoy supporting families as they navigate the emotional, physical, and practical changes that come with welcoming a new baby. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and evidence based care. Drawing from my experience remaining calm and supportive during high stress situations, I strive to create a judgment free space where families feel empowered to make informed decisions and confident in their own instincts. Whether providing emotional support, practical guidance, education, or simply a reassuring presence, I am honored to walk alongside families as they welcome their growing family.

Service introduction

I offer compassionate, personalized doula support throughout birth and the postpartum period, with a special focus on helping families feel cared for, confident, and supported after bringing baby home. My postpartum services are centered around nurturing the whole family during this transition and may include newborn care and education, feeding support, emotional support, light household assistance, snack preparation, and giving parents the opportunity to rest, recover, and adjust to their new normal. I also provide birth doula support, offering continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and delivery while honoring each family's individual preferences and birth experience. Whether I'm supporting you through birth or walking alongside you during those first days and weeks at home, my goal is to provide a calm, reassuring presence so you don't have to navigate this season alone.
