Postpartum care is a must-have for families who recognize and value the importance of restorative care during the critical first 40 days after birth. Holistic postpartum doula support can include the following: Postpartum herbal vaginal steam Ayurvedic body treatment Herb and flower healing bath Womb healing herbal tea Emotional support Birth processing Grocery shopping and meal prep New baby care and overnight support Breastfeeding support…and more! Postpartum care is designed to be 3-5 days on, 2-3 days off. Starting at $1,200

You’ll have access to a 2-hour Birth & Postpartum Planning session, unlimited resources including videos, links, and books, and ongoing text, phone, or video support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the first 40 days postpartum. Additionally, you’ll receive 3 virtual prenatal education classes and 4 hours of virtual postpartum support. It’s all about ensuring you feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way!

I’m interested in the Birth Essentials package, but can you tell me more about the in-person comfort measures class and postpartum support?

Of course! In the Birth Essentials package, you’ll receive everything included in the Virtual Support package, plus some valuable in-person support. The in-person comfort measures class is a hands-on session where we’ll explore natural pain management techniques to help you feel more confident and prepared for labor. And when it comes to postpartum support, you’ll have me by your side providing emotional, physical, and advocacy support during labor and birth, as well as 4 hours of in-person postpartum support to ensure a smooth transition into parenthood.

For the Postpartum Care package, could you explain more about the herbal treatments and how they can benefit me during the postpartum period?

Absolutely! The Postpartum Care package offers a holistic approach to postpartum recovery, including a range of herbal treatments designed to support your body and mind during this sacred time. The herbal vaginal steam helps with healing and rejuvenation, while the Ayurvedic body treatment promotes relaxation and balance. The herb and flower healing bath is deeply nourishing for both body and soul, and the womb healing herbal tea aids in recovery and replenishment. Together, these treatments promote physical healing, emotional well-being, and a sense of renewal as you embrace motherhood.

The Goddess Birth package sounds amazing, but I’d like to know more about the daily assessments and how they contribute to a smoother postpartum experience.

Absolutely! In the Goddess Birth package, daily assessments are an integral part of our support system to ensure you and your baby are thriving during the sacred postpartum period. Each day, we’ll check in to assess your physical and emotional well-being, address any concerns or questions you may have, and provide personalized support tailored to your needs. These daily check-ins help to identify and address any issues early on, promoting a smoother transition into motherhood and ensuring you feel supported and cared for every step of the way.

I’m considering booking one of your packages. Can you walk me through the payment process and any discounts available for early payment?

Of course! To book one of our packages, a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the package price is required to secure your spot on our calendar. The remaining balance is due by 34 weeks of pregnancy. We also offer a 10% discount if the package is paid in full by 30 weeks of pregnancy. This payment structure is designed to make it easy and convenient for you to plan and budget for the support you need during your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
