About me
Hi my name is Chrystal Quintana, I’m a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Breastfeeding Counselor and Prenatal Nutritionist. I’m a mama to a beautiful 4 year daughter and a wife of 8 years. My daughters birth and postpartum which wasn’t easy is what drives me to want to help families have the best birth experience possible and help make the postpartum journey a little easier. It’s always an honor to support families. As a Doula I support family mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically along with providing evidence base information when needed. Everyone could use a little more help and someone to advocate for them when necessary. I come along side the medical team to support and tag team with partners to create the best possible birth experiences. I would love to be apart of your birth team! 😊

I offer Birth and Postpartum overnight services along with a 4 hour All Things Baby class to learn everything you need to learn about taking care of your baby before that special day when baby arrives. I would love to service your family and be apart of your birth team. I have a wide variety of packages to choose from. Chrystal is truly a godsend. We started receiving her help when our baby boy was 11-days-old and my husband and I were exhausted and overwhelmed as first-time parents. She supported us overnight, caring for our baby while got much needed sleep. She bottled feed and brought our baby to me for nursing sessions throughout the night, diaper changed him, soothed him and much more. Chrystal brings with her years of experience (which is evident immediately), a wealth of knowledge and an uplifting, warm heart. We still continue to receive her support during the day - it’s hard to let her go. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of postpartum support for mommas and families. If I could do it all over again I would forgo baby showers and gifts and ask for doula services instead. It’s such a necessity during that huge transition period and having Chrystal not only grounded us but helped us go from surviving to thriving.
