Hi! I’m Annika and I am excited to support you through your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by pregnancy and birth and I took many opportunities to explore this interest further during my time as a student at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. I currently serve as a Public Health Project Coordinator for Scott County, working to promote healthy families. I truly believe that the start to every healthy family is birth, and every family deserves a beautiful and empowering experience, whatever that looks like to them. My goal is to best prepare you through your pregnancy so you have the best chance of having your ideal birth. I will help ensure that you are well informed so you can be your best advocate, and I will advocate for you when I’m asked. My care is comprehensive, evidence based, and rooted in the multitude of education I have received, which is ever ongoing. I hope to build a connection with you and your family that will last long after your birth. I cannot wait to meet you! I serve the West Metro area of the Twin Cities.

I’m a fertility and birth doula offering evidence-based, compassionate support from conception through birth. As a fertility doula, I specialize in medically assisted conception, including IUI, IVF, and surrogacy. I support intended parents through the emotional, physical, and logistical complexities of treatment-helping you understand medications, timelines, and decision points so you feel informed and grounded throughout the process. As a birth doula, I support families no matter how their pregnancy was achieved. I work collaboratively alongside your medical providers to complement clinical care, while centering physiological birth and informed decision-making. My role is to help you understand your options, advocate for yourself, and feel calm, confident, and supported during labor and birth.

Hi there! I'm a bebo mia trained full spectrum doula, specializing in fertility and birth support. I have a background in software development and management, spending over seven years working in the corporate world. Problem solving, research, planning and teaching others are some of my favorite things - I can't wait to help you! My own conception and birth stories are what lead me to become a doula. Feeling the difference in support level that comes from hiring a doula firsthand, I can truly say that no one should have to go without. My births were also vastly different, so in addition to training I also have first hand experiences in both medicated and unmedicated birth, inductions and waterbirth.

Hi there! My name is Emily and I have been "mothering the mothers" since I became pregnant with my first 5 years ago. I became a bit "birth obsessed" and couldn't get enough of reading the latest evidence. I decided to put my passion towards a new career path and pursue being a postpartum doula. I have 2 kids, a husband, a cat and dog. We love to go on adventures looking for new places and parks to visit as well as finding good local coffee and donut shops. My hobbies include baking, cooking and gardening as well as anything outdoors! I have also been a pediatric occupational therapist since 2015 and love my job helping kids and their families reach maximum potential and coach on ways to adapt and modify environments to meet the child where they are at! I serve the Wright county and surrounding areas of MN

I am a nurse by trade, Craniosacral Therapy provider International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Hypnobirthing educator and trained doula. I have also completed Tethered Oral Tissues Specialty (TOTS) training. I have been supporting expectant parents and families for more than a decade previously as a Labor and Delivery nurse and doula. It is my passion to support families before, during birth, and beyond.

Hi, I’m Reese — a passionate and nurturing nighttime doula dedicated to helping families feel rested, supported, and confident during the early weeks and months with a newborn. With a calm and gentle approach, I specialize in overnight infant care, allowing new parents to get the rest they need while knowing their baby is in safe, loving hands. Whether it’s feeding, soothing, diapering, or simply holding baby while you sleep, I’m there through the night to support both baby and you. My heart is deeply rooted in caregiving — I’ve always loved working with children and supporting families during life’s big transitions. I understand how exhausting and overwhelming the newborn phase can be, and my goal is to help you feel a little more rested, a little more at ease, and a lot more supported. Every family deserves peace of mind, and I’m honored to be the trusted presence that brings calm to your nights.

As your doula, I’m your non-medical teammate from bump to baby. I bring a DACM background, midwifery training, and deep somatic skills to offer steady, practical support—not needles. Prenatal: We clarify your birth values, map options, and rehearse pain-coping (breath, movement, vocalization). I coach your partner in acupressure, counterpressure, positioning, and other comfort measures (such as back pressure, heat/cold, and the use of a birth ball) so they feel confident and helpful. Labor & Birth: I create a calm field: rhythmic touch, position changes for progress, temperature/lighting tweaks, hydration cues, and clear communication with your team. I help you stay grounded, heard, and in choice. Postpartum: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)- informed recovery—warming meals, gentle herbal teas/compresses, rest planning, and somatic down-regulation—to support hormones, bleeding, and mood in the early weeks. What I don’t do: clinical tasks, medical advice, or acupuncture at the birth. What I do exceptionally well: nervous system steadiness, pain-coping support, and partner coaching so your birth feels collaborative, supported, and yours.
