Birth & Postpartum Doula services

Hello! I offer as both a birth and postpartum doula. As a birth doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support during your labor and delivery. My role is to help you feel empowered, informed, and comfortable throughout the birthing process. I assist with relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and positioning, and I’m there to advocate for your preferences and needs. In addition to birth support, I also offer postpartum doula services. This includes three postpartum visits where I help you adjust to life with your new baby. I provide guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding support, and resources for self-care. My goal is to help you feel confident and supported as you navigate this transition.
