My goal is to empower families to have the birth experience they desire and to offer guidance and care as you navigate life with your new child(ren). Birth & Postpartum Doula services

As a doula, I offer personalized support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My services include prenatal education, continuous labor support, pain management, and advocacy during birth. Postpartum, I provide newborn care, breastfeeding assistance, emotional support, light household help, and parent education. I also offer virtual consultations for those who prefer remote support. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, care, and confidence you need for a positive birth and postpartum experience.
