About me

I’m a fertility and birth doula offering evidence-based, compassionate support from conception through birth. As a fertility doula, I specialize in medically assisted conception, including IUI, IVF, and surrogacy. I support intended parents through the emotional, physical, and logistical complexities of treatment-helping you understand medications, timelines, and decision points so you feel informed and grounded throughout the process. As a birth doula, I support families no matter how their pregnancy was achieved. I work collaboratively alongside your medical providers to complement clinical care, while centering physiological birth and informed decision-making. My role is to help you understand your options, advocate for yourself, and feel calm, confident, and supported during labor and birth.

Service introduction

I offer a small number of virtual and in-person support packages designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re navigating medically assisted fertility or preparing for birth. Packages vary in level of support and length, and are meant to provide consistent, personalized care rather than one-off sessions. We’ll review your options together so you can choose the support that feels most aligned with your needs.

Upcoming classes
Predicting vs Confirming Ovulation
Online event
Most women are taught to rely on apps and ovulation tests, yet many still feel like they’re guessing every month. You can do everything “right” and still feel unsure about your fertile window if you don’t understand the difference between predicting ovulation and confirming it. This class focuses on clarifying how ovulation prediction works, what confirmation actually means, and why these two concepts are often confused. Rather than teaching rules or step-by-step tool use, this class is designed to help you understand the bigger picture of what’s happening in your cycle and why relying on prediction alone can create unnecessary stress and second-guessing. By the end of the class, you’ll have a clearer, calmer understanding of your fertile window and a stronger foundation for deciding what kind of education or support would be most helpful for you next - whether that’s learning how to apply tools more effectively or simply trusting your body with more confidence.

Perfectly Timed
Online event
This class is designed to help you move from understanding which tools can predict or confirm ovulation to helping you use those tools and apply them to your own cycle. If you’ve learned about fertile windows, OPKs, or basal body temperature but still feel unsure how to use these tools together, this class bridges the gap between information and real-life timing. In this class, we’ll walk through how to use common fertility tools more intentionally; including when to start using them, what they can (and can’t) tell you, and how to reduce pressure around “getting the timing right.” You’ll learn how to think about your fertile window practically, avoid common timing mistakes, and feel more confident making decisions cycle-to-cycle instead of relying on guesswork or algorithms. Rather than adding more rules or pressure, Perfectly Timed focuses on helping you use the tools you already have in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable from cycle to cycle.
