I'm a fertility and birth doula offering evidence-based, compassionate support from conception through birth. Fertility Support Trying to conceive can feel like waiting for answers your body isn't giving you yet. I help you get to know your cycle - what it's telling you, when you're actually fertile, and what's normal versus worth asking a provider about - so you feel like an informed participant in your own fertility, not a bystander to it. My focus is natural, at-home conception through cycle tracking and fertility awareness (the FEMM method), and I also support families pursuing IUI, IVF, or surrogacy when that's the path that fits. Birth Support Ava Dickson and I work as a team, because we believe you shouldn't have to hope the right doula is available the night you go into labor - you should already know both of us, and trust both of us. You'll have us together at every prenatal visit, with direct, ongoing access to both of us throughout your pregnancy. We alternate on-call weeks, so whichever of us is with you at your birth, the other is your backup - meaning the person supporting you already knows your story, your preferences, and your fears, because we built your care plan together from day one. We work alongside your medical providers, not around them, to help you understand your options, advocate for yourself, and feel calm, confident, and fully supported through labor and birth.

We offer a small number of virtual and in-person support packages designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re navigating medically assisted fertility or preparing for birth. Packages vary in level of support and length, and are meant to provide consistent, personalized care rather than one-off sessions. We’ll review your options together so you can choose the support that feels most aligned with your needs.
Leah was an integral part of our big day. She helped to add comfort and reassurance as we welcomed our little girl.
