Birth & Postpartum Doula
Maple Grove, Minnesota
About me

I’m a fertility and birth doula offering evidence-based, compassionate support from conception through birth. As a fertility doula, I specialize in medically assisted conception, including IUI, IVF, and surrogacy. I support intended parents through the emotional, physical, and logistical complexities of treatment-helping you understand medications, timelines, and decision points so you feel informed and grounded throughout the process. As a birth doula, I support families no matter how their pregnancy was achieved. I work collaboratively alongside your medical providers to complement clinical care, while centering physiological birth and informed decision-making. My role is to help you understand your options, advocate for yourself, and feel calm, confident, and supported during labor and birth.

Service introduction

I offer a small number of virtual and in-person support packages designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re navigating medically assisted fertility or preparing for birth. Packages vary in level of support and length, and are meant to provide consistent, personalized care rather than one-off sessions. We’ll review your options together so you can choose the support that feels most aligned with your needs.
