My name is Riley. I am 18 years old, located in Trinity, about 30 minutes north of Tampa. I have a clean background and a clean driving record with my own reliable transportation. I have many years of experience with children ALL ages, including twins and multiple children at once. I have 40 hours of required DCF training and instruction, as well as all DCF certifications which include, child care facility rules and regulations, health safety and nutrition, identifying and reporting child abuse and neglect, child growth and development, behavioral observation and screening, and understanding developmentally appropriate practices.

Dr. Chrissy is an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic health. She treats individuals for prenatal/postpartum care as well and individuals of all genders for urinary, bowel, and sexual concerns. She offers clinic and home-based treatment sessions. Pelvic Solutions is located in Tampa, FL.

I have always had a passion for caring for, educating, and supporting families. I began my career over 15 years ago as a pediatric nurse working in home health, the children’s hospital, and as a neonatal intensive care nurse. After years of working with moms, babies, and families, I became more and more passionate about breastfeeding and earned my IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant). Since then, I have spent years helping and empowering breastfeeding mothers and I would love to offer you comfortable support and care!

Britt is a certified birth doula and educator. She graduated from Princeton University with a BA in Near Eastern Studies and fell in love with teaching while traveling and volunteering abroad with organizations focused on education and empowerment of women and girls in the Middle East and North Africa. She went onto pursue a career in education and a masters degree from the University of Colorado, and now brings her passion for teaching and learning to all things related to pregnancy and childbirth, with a particular interest in maternity-related equity and social justice. She believes that having an positive, empowered birth experience is not related to how or where you choose to give birth, but is dependent upon being equipped with the confidence that comes from evidence-based education and true informed consent, trust in your incredible body and your own innate abilities, and loving support from your family and birth team. She brings equal parts super-nerdy mind and super-loving heart to this work, and is honored to be serving birthing people and their families in this precious season of life.

I am a Certified and experienced birth doula, serving Tampa Bay and surrounding areas for over 2 years now. I have 3 children, all of whom been natural, unmedicated births. My third child being an unassisted birth. I specialize in unmedicated births but I also attend hospital births because I believe it’s your birth and you should be able to choose what you want for it. I am very confident, passionate, and put a lot of love into my work and I am very adamant about being an advocate for the families I serve. It is an honor to be doing what I do, and for that I am so grateful.

Candice Enriquez is a certified clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapist, certified birth doula, and pranic healing practitioner. She has helped over 230 families prepare for and have mother directed birth experiences. Through her practice of over a decade, she has felt honored to help those she works with come more fully into their own embodied state of personal empowerment. During World Doula Week, 2015 Candice was recognized for her admirable work by the Tampa Bay Birth Network. She has spent countless hours helping women in childbirth and finds honor is holding space for miracles. With 500 hours of training in hypnosis, Candice brings a high level of expertise in her field that you can trust and feel safe with. She enjoys nature, kids, and pugs!

My favorite method to teach first time parents or parents who have any number of children is about the Dunston baby language. “The Dunstan Baby Lauange is the most fascinating phenomenon in my Opinion. “The Dunstan method explains that all babies have a universal “language,” no matter where they are born or what language their parents speak. On top of everything else you “need” to know for your baby It’s easy to learn and you will be able to meet your baby’s needs faster by understanding what they are asking for through their cries. Each baby from birth to three months will speak these 5 words. This remarkable trait will stay with them if responded to, for the first 3 months of their original due date.

I am available to work with clients in the state of Florida virtually and in Tampa for in person therapy. I am really passionate about working with women to help them discover who they truly are before the world told them how to be. Personally, I have had to learn to cope with my own self-inflicted pressure to be the high achiever and "perfect" mother. I love helping my clients learn how to cope with the stress goes along with belief that we should be able to do and have it all. Professionally, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families from a variety of backgrounds and in multiple settings, including in-home therapy, office-based therapy, child welfare, residential programs, and agency management.
