Hello Everyone, Hi, I'm Ruth, a DONA-certified postpartum doula and founder of CODDLE. For over six years, I've supported growing families virtually throughout the New York metro area and both virtually and in person in Tampa, Florida. I provide compassionate, evidence-based postpartum support, including newborn care guidance, recovery planning, feeding support, and emotional support during the transition to parenthood. My approach is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and nonjudgmental, helping families feel confident, supported, and cared for in the early weeks after birth. Available for virtual and in-person postpartum support.

I'll walk you through what to expect during postpartum recovery, help you recognize common concerns versus potential red flags, and answer your questions with evidence-based guidance. You'll also receive my Postpartum Planning Guide, which covers recovery, breastfeeding, nutrition, setting boundaries with visitors and family, and answers to common newborn care questions—helping you feel more prepared, confident, and supported during this transition.
