I’m a postpartum doula with 6 years’ experience working with postpartum families virtually in New York Metro Area and virtual and in-person in Tampa, Florida. I’m passionate about supporting families during one of the most unrated and transformative early weeks after birth. I offer culturally sensitive and inclusive care all while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. I’m open to remote and in-person.

Service introduction

I offer postpartum doula services to new moms. I also offer virtual personalized consultation. I'll personally walk you through what to expect and how to spot red flags vs. run of the mill postpartum ailments. You'll get a copy of our postpartum planning guide that helps you feel empowered, plan for pushy visitors and/or family members. Plan for breastfeeding, what foods to eat and answers to the most popular newborn questions.
