I am a trained postpartum doula and IBCLC providing overnight care and feeding support to families. The fourth trimester is a special yet exhausting and overwhelming time filled with new experiences. My primary focus is to help families move from survival mode to a place where they can thrive as new parents, feeling confident, empowered and well rested.
