Hello! My name is Indira Alli, and I am a dedicated postpartum doula based in Tampa, Florida. With over 26 years of experience, I understand that welcoming a new baby is a beautiful and life-changing experience—but it can also bring many new challenges for the entire household. My goal as a postpartum doula is to provide compassionate, practical, and dependable support as families adjust to life with their new baby. I focus on helping parents feel confident, supported, and cared for while assisting with the everyday needs that make the postpartum transition smoother and more comfortable. I believe that when a new mother and family feel supported, everyone has a better opportunity to rest, recover, bond, and enjoy those precious early moments together. When I'm not supporting families, I enjoy spending quality time with my own family and sharing great meals together. I look forward to helping you and your family feel supported, confident, and cared for during this special chapter of your lives.

4 or more hours per visit. Flexibility for morning and or evening shifts.
Postpartum day services include newborn care routine and assistance where needed. Safe sleep and swaddling. Bottle/Breast pumps sterilized. Assisting with baby's laundry and organizing. Helping mom to prepare or cook meals. Allowing mom to nap when needed. Prepare for outings/ appointments. Making sure parents get rest as needed. Bringing baby to mom for nursing and taking baby back for diaper changes and or settling. Or taking on the feedings so that parents rest. Clear and organize all babys things. Sterilize bottles and or pumps if needed. Make sure mom is assisted to the bathroom and help her where needed. Safely helping her in and out the shower. Checking mom's overall mental, emotional and physical state to be sure not to miss the need of other assistance from a doctor or other support. Newborn safe sleeping and swaddling techniques.
My day time support with Indira was more then what I expected! She was so caring and sweet towards me and my baby girl. I thought I would not be able to leave my new born to go take a nap. But after watching how she would cradle and talk to her I was confident she was in good hands! Omg her meals were delish! Indira reassured me I was doing a great job even when I had doubts. Definitely will be calling Indira for baby number #2!!!!
