About me

I am deeply drawn to helping new families find their feet in the very early days of parenthood. Nothing fills my cup quite like this work, and it is truly my honor and privilege to be there with you as you step into your new role and get to know your baby. I've spent the past decade learning and centering my work in perinatal care, supporting patients on their fertility journeys, supporting healthy pregnancies, teaching childbirth education, and nourishing new families with food and support as they find their feet as parents to a new baby. As a Naturopathic Doctor, Acupuncturist, HypnoBirthing Educator, Postpartum Doula and mother of 4, I am deeply passionate about perinatal care and providing meaningful support for you in this vulnerable, special and important slice of life.

Service introduction

Services: For postpartum doula support, my rate is $60/hour with a minimum contract length of 12 hours. Standard daytime hours are 8:30-1:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Nights are limited to once per week and cost $500 for a 10pm-6am shift. Non-standard hours need to be worked out ahead of time. For in-home acupuncture, my rate is $150 per treatment. This treatment falls outside the scope of postpartum doula work and is billed separately. For example, you can book me for postpartum doula support from 8:30-12:30 (4 hours at $60/hour, or $240) followed by Acupuncture from 12:30-1:30 (one treatment at $150) for a total of $390 for the day. For childbirth education, you are welcome to book on my website (www.seattlenaturalwellness.com/hypnobirthing). The HypnoBirthing series runs for 5 consecutive weeks and is a total cost of $397, including materials which will be mailed to you. Naturopathic care is provided as a separate service, falling outside the scope of a postpartum doula. Acute visits are $75, Follow up visits are $150, New Patient visits are $250.
