Virtual Birth Services

3 prenatal sessions, continuous virtual birth support, and 2 postpartum session.

What to expect

By offering three prenatal meetings, there is ample time for discussing various aspects of the birthing process. Reviewing the birth plan, potential procedures, and coping skills during these meetings can help ensure that everyone involved is well-informed and prepared for the upcoming experience. I encourage clients to send questions about specific procedures in advance which allows for a more focused and productive discussion, enabling me to address your concerns and provide evidence-based information. Providing full labor support during active labor is a crucial aspect of a comprehensive approach to prenatal care. It involves putting into practice the tools and coping skills discussed during the prenatal sessions. This hands-on support can greatly contribute to a positive birthing experience for the pregnant person and their support system. The inclusion of postpartum visits recognizes the importance of ongoing support during the transition to parenthood. The first visit is designed to allow the birthing person and their support system to discuss and process the birth experience. The second visit aims to provide practical support and an opportunity for the birthing person to focus on self-care. This can include light housekeeping. All of this can be adjusted to reflect virtual services.
