Hello, I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and looking for a doula to help support me through my first time giving birth. We have been taking birth classes and are fairly confident, but still want a doula at the birth to help walk us through none drug pain relief options. We are currently planning on giving birth at holy cross hospital -Davis in Layton. What is your pricing like and what would be included?

I plan to give birth in a hospital using an epidural and only necessary interventions. I am looking for someone who can provide support to me and my newborn during birth and postpartum. I am hoping to pay less than $100 an hour.
I plan on giving birth in a hospital. I want to have a natural birth with delayed cord clamping. Needs to work with Tricare west- they mention that authorized doulas must meet specific certification, training, and experience requirements, including certification from approved organizations like DONA, CAPPA, or ICEA, and signing a participation agreement. Overall would like to get some preparation before/after birth + assistance during birth.
Intermountain Layton hospital, natural / unmedicated birth in their rooms with tubs, dad travels for work, first baby, delayed clamping, little to no interventions, placenta capsules, house duties, help with dog, getting into routine, mental health support for mom, it’s been a tough pregnancy, most of it was spent alone, unexpected, someone with a lot of experience, grounded, calm, spiritual or faith led background
Intermountain health Layton Utah is where I will deliver my baby. I would like a natural birth.. 2,000 is top top of the budget. I am interested in hypnosis, coaching. English as language spoken, someone that will include my husband as he is very excited to participate. Experience in lactation, placenta encapsulation, and massage is a plush. Reiki is also something interesting to me. If they can help with postpartum meals, or cleaning that is a plus but not required. We live in Ogden utah. And no special circumstances besides it is my first baby!!!
