Liz is an Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) trained body worker who has over 10 years of experience working with newborns and their families. Her unique perspective on family centered care comes from a compilation of knowledge that she gained by working in a Level III NICU, as a postpartum doula, as a lactation consultant and a body worker. Her philosophy is that every family should feel they are thriving, not just surviving, the adjustment to adding a new baby to the family. While a lot of her time is focused on the first three months after delivery, her support can span years as the family unit is ever evolving. Her specialties include oral function, assessment for oral restriction (aka lip/tongue ties), tension release with CFT, post NICU graduates, multiples, and medically complex infants. The most important factors that drive the care you will receive from Liz are 1) what are you goals as a family and 2) what is the root cause of any struggle you are experiencing. There will be no band-aid fixes provided and nothing short of comprehensive care provided. It would be an honor to be included in your postpartum journey!

First off, Stephanie knows her stuff! She is so knowledge and passionate about sharing all she can to help with lactation. Stephanie was able to tweak my techniques, give me pointers, and boom, no more pain! With no judgement, and a kind attitude, Stephanie made it easy for me to relax and trust the process. We called Erica when we were extremely desperate with our colicky newborn. We needed help not only medically but also mentally and emotionally. Erica came to our house and explained to us everything pertaining breastfeeding, checked our baby and took her time to explain to us a lot of things we needed to know. As first time parents, the birth of a child is a difficult journey, but Erica was patient, caring, and answered every one of our questions with easy to understand language and walked us through how to navigate our new life. When Erica left our house, we had peace of mind, we felt understood, cared for, and our burden stopped being so heavy. She was the first person (even before her pediatrician) to suggest that our forever crying baby had reflux, and from that day on we were able to treat her accordingly. I cannot recommend Erica enough, the only thing I regret, is not having called her sooner.

Hello! I am an experienced IBCLC, RN providing virtual and in home lactation visits. I am passionate to help you develop a feeding plan that best suits your goals. I specialize in prenatal breastfeeding visits, postpartum latching and positioning assistance, methods to increase breastmilk production, education on breast pumping and support while returning to work.

Lauren is amazing at what she does. I was told my a lactation consultant in the hospital that I would have a difficult time breastfeeding and that I can just exclusively pump. I was discouraged and getting burnt out from pumping. I knew just from the first phone call with Lauren that it would be a great experience. She did a home visit and helped my 3 week old latch after being fed by bottle all week. I’m now having success with breastfeeding & pumping thanks to Lauren!! It’s apparent that Lauren loves helping moms and their babies. We were so lucky to find her.

I am a speech-language pathologist and IBCLC as well as a mama of 3 boys ages 6 and under with a 4th baby on the way ! I specialize in infant feeding and would love to support you throughout your feeding journey, whether that be lactation based, formula based or a combination of the two! Please email me at nursinglittles@gmail.com to discuss what you need support in and schedule a session!

I have taken Nia’s Prenatal Peek course and it was very helpful in preparing me for breastfeeding! Aside from being a Certified breastfeeding specialist and Speech Language Pathologist, Nia is a mom of 2 herself and very knowledgeable in these fields. She has helped me tremendously in the last few months as I have had many breastfeeding hiccups and without her help I may have given up but I am almost at 5 months on my breastfeeding journey. I definitely recommend her courses or just reaching out for a one on one consultation.

Hi! I am a dedicated provider with over a decade of experience as a maternal child health nurse. Since becoming a certified International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2016, I have passionately devoted my career to supporting breastfeeding families, particularly in underserved communities. I have lived in New Jersey, Colorado, and Pennsylvania, and until the last year have worked in FQHC's and postpartum hospital floors.
