Hello! I am an experienced IBCLC, RN providing virtual and in home lactation visits. I am passionate to help you develop a feeding plan that best suits your goals. I specialize in prenatal breastfeeding visits, postpartum latching and positioning assistance, methods to increase breastmilk production, education on breast pumping and support while returning to work.

Lauren is amazing at what she does. I was told my a lactation consultant in the hospital that I would have a difficult time breastfeeding and that I can just exclusively pump. I was discouraged and getting burnt out from pumping. I knew just from the first phone call with Lauren that it would be a great experience. She did a home visit and helped my 3 week old latch after being fed by bottle all week. I’m now having success with breastfeeding & pumping thanks to Lauren!! It’s apparent that Lauren loves helping moms and their babies. We were so lucky to find her.
