Hello everyone! Im the mom of two rambunctious redheads, a Registered Nurse, and an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have more than 10 years of nursing and lactation experience working in lactation, pediatrics, newborn care, and labor and delivery. My love for lactation truly flourished when I struggled with my first newborn going through colic, breastfeeding issues, and tongue tie. I know the frustration of limited lactation help and have experienced the plethora of bad and confusing advice that comes from the current healthcare system. My own struggles as a mother guided me into private practice lactation. I love being an advocate and source of support for my clients. I love serving clients of all races, ages, genders, and identities. I am dedicated to life-long learning and have taken over 300 hours of continuing education. I have special training in oral habilitation for infants with tongue tie, am experienced in relactation, flange fitting, exclusive pumping, DMER, combo-feeding, PCOS and hormonal lactation issues, digestive issues, NICU infants, bottle refusal, and many other complex feeding issues. I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, girl’s nights, throwing themed parties for every occasion, and deep dives on the internet when I should be sleeping. I also loves playing with my cat and dog, Buttercup and Lucy.
