With the comprehensive doula package, you will receive: * Two Comprehensive Prenatal Meetings: We'll meet twice before your baby arrives to discuss your birth preferences, create a personalized birth plan, address any questions or concerns you have, and explore comfort measures for labor. These sessions are a time for us to connect, build trust, and ensure you feel prepared for your birthing experience. * Continuous Labor and Birth Support: From the moment you need me, I will be by your side, offering care support throughout your labor and birth. I will provide comfort techniques, encouragement, advocacy, and guidance, helping you to have the most positive and fulfilling birth experience possible. * Two Supportive Postpartum Meetings: After your baby is born, we'll visit you twice in your home. These visits are tailored to your needs and can include breastfeeding support, newborn care tips, emotional processing of your birth, and help with adjusting to life with a new baby. We're here to offer practical assistance and a listening ear as you navigate this tender new chapter. Our goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you welcome your new baby and embrace parenthood.

I want to welcome you to Matrescence Renewed, a six-week postpartum program designed to gently guide you through the transformation of motherhood. In a world that often rushes women back to "normal," I aim to embrace the tradition of slow and intentional healing, providing support so you can truly nourish your body, mind, and spirit. For your first six weeks postpartum, you will receive two visits per week, where we will create an enviroment where you can heal, learn, and flourish. Within Matrescence Renewed, you will receive: * Nourishing Meals: Fresh, organic, nourishing meals prepared and brought directly to you during our visits, ensuring you have the energy needed for healing and bonding. * Feeding Support: Personalized breastfeeding guidance and support, helping you navigate the beautiful journey of nursing with confidence. * Babywearing Comfort: Learn the art of babywearing, allowing you to keep your little one close while reclaiming your hands and mobility for daily life. * Precious "Me Time": Ensure you get essential moments to yourself, facilitating much-needed showers and personal care, so you can feel refreshed and restored. * Home Support: Light housekeeping assistance, taking the burden off your shoulders so you can focus solely on healing and your baby. * Restorative Practices: Experience traditional comfort and healing with belly wrapping, placenta encapsulation, soothing herbal teas, salves, steams, and more created to aid your healing journey. * Graceful Transition: Transitioning to life with a new baby, gaining practical insights and emotional support for your evolving family dynamic. * Sisterhood & Connection: You are not alone on this journey.
