Hi, I’m Kaia, an in-training postpartum doula passionate about supporting families during the beautiful and sometimes overwhelming transition into parenthood. I believe every parent deserves compassionate, judgment-free support as they recover, bond with their baby, and build confidence in their new role. As I continue my postpartum doula training, I am dedicated to learning evidence-based practices that nurture both baby and parents.
