Coming from my own birth experience, I believe birth can be natural and empowering with the right support, environment, and mindset. My practice is to inform and provide emotional support for parents and create a birth plan that is right for you. In my free time, I enjoy taking mindful walks, going to the farmer's market on Saturdays, and exploring new places to eat with my two boys and husband.

As a doula and childbirth educator with over 20 years of experience, I have come to learn that compassionate support is the most important thing I bring to birth. Close to 1000 births matters. Having taught 1000s of couples in childbirth classes matters. But mostly what matters is that the person giving birth feels respected, listened to and supported by someone who is thinking about all possible options for you in an objective way. I believe in freedom of choice based on knowledge of the alternatives. I aim to increase confidence and decrease fear. And in the end, I want you to feel like you have had a compassionate, knowledgeable companion dedicated to helping you navigate this this major life transition that we call birth.
