Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Basic Prenatal and Birth Package

Under the basic package, I offer the following services: -Free initial consultation/interview One face-to-face prenatal visit to discuss goals/options and prepare for birth -Telephone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy -Referrals as needed to community or other resources -On-call services 'round the clock from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby Continuous labor support, from early labor through the birth of your baby -Up to 12 hours of in-person labor support [additional hours beyond 12 will be billed at the hourly rate of $50/hour] Postpartum support for 4 hours following the birth

Prenatal and Birth Plus Package

Under the basic package, our birth doulas offer the following services: Free initial consultation/interview One face-to-face prenatal visit to discuss goals/options and prepare for birth Telephone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy Referrals as needed to community or other resources On-call services 'round the clock from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby Continuous labor support, from early labor through the birth of your baby Up to 16 hours of in-person labor support [additional hours beyond 16 will be billed at the hourly rate of $50/hour] Postpartum support for 6 hours following the birth

Postpartum Day time Package

During the consult we can discuss the days and times needed! I am very flexible and can tailor to your needs. I only have a 4 hour minimum requirement. Free initial consultation/interview Telephone, text, and email support throughout the early months of parenthood Referrals as needed to community or other resources Breastfeeding encouragement and support Assistance with baby care and self-care recovery measures Assistance in caring for and feeding your new baby/babies Support adjusting to new roles Household organizational support, such as preparing occasional light snacks, helping with baby laundry, and washing bottles/dishes

My unwavering support extends until your baby is born, creating a nurturing environment that prioritizes your needs and desires. In addition to my birth doula services, I recognize the importance of the postpartum period. That's why I include up to 4 hours of postpartum support, dedicated to help you settle into this new chapter. Whether it's assisting with infant care, offering lactation support, or simply providing a listening ear, my goal is to ensure you feel nurtured and empowered as you transition into parenthood. For those who may only be seeking postpartum services, I also offer a variety of tailored packages designed to meet your specific needs, providing the flexibility to find the perfect fit for you and your family. Together, we can create a fulfilling and empowering experience as you embark on this incredible journey of parenthood. As a postpartum doula, I understand that the transition into parenthood can be both joyful and overwhelming. To support new families during this pivotal time, I offer a variety of packages tailored to meet your unique needs, whether you require assistance for a few weeks or several months. My services are designed to ensure that you have the guidance, care, and emotional support necessary to navigate the early days and weeks of parenthood with confidence. You can choose from daytime or overnight support, allowing you to find the perfect balance that fits your family’s lifestyle. Daytime support includes assistance with infant care while providing you with valuable education on topics like feeding, sleep patterns, and baby soothing techniques. Alternatively, my overnight services are ideal for those needing extra rest, as I can take care of your newborn during the night, allowing you to recharge and awaken to a refreshed start each day. With my postpartum doula services, you don’t have to go through this journey alone. Together, we can create a nurturing environment that fosters your well-being and that of your baby, helping you embrace the joys and challenges of this transformative experience. She was with our family for two months. In that time, she used her entire annual PTO allotment and additional sick days — essentially front-loading time off from day one. Then, after confirming a shift the night before, she simply did not show up, did not call, and has not responded to any messages since. No explanation, no notice, nothing. This put my family in a genuinely difficult position with no warning. I don't say that lightly — it was one of the more stressful professional experiences I've had as a parent.
