Emily specializes in women’s mental health issues and understands the unique set of challenges related specifically to women’s reproductive & maternal mental health. Her specialties in this area include: postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility, life transitions (i.e., adjustment to motherhood, menopause, etc.), trauma, codependency and grief/loss (i.e., miscarriage, stillbirths, etc.). Utilizing education, training and her own life’s experience has proven to be some of the most effective tools and resources in providing her clients with empathy and compassion, a deeper understanding and insight into problems, as well as much needed emotional support, resulting in a great sense of hope and healing. I got my bachelors degree in Health Science from Utah State and worked 2 years at a holistic health clinic. I help women with fertility and preconception. Hi, I’m Caryn Allen, certified childbirth educator, birth doula, and postpartum doula. I was born and raised in the Saint Louis, Missouri area but have called Utah my home since 2013. My husband and I met when he came to Missouri to do summer sales, and what started out as a summer romance turned into 14 years of marriage, 5 moves in 3 states, 4 children, 1 dog, and loads of fun. I enjoy board and card games, sewing, crocheting, movie watching, Dungeons and Dragons, and a good camping trip. I have dreams of one day living on a small farm with a variety of animals, doing birth work for animals and humans alike. I believe that birth is one of the most empowering and transformative experiences a woman can ever go through. How she chooses to give birth will affect her mind, body, and spirit for the rest of her life. I passionately believe that knowledge is power, and with that power comes the potential for truly wonderful birthing experiences. Hey there! I’m Holly and I’m a registered nurse and lactation consultant in Northern Utah. I work with the Breezy Babies team of amazing lactation consultants doing in home visits in a 30-mile radius from Kaysville and telehealth visits in every state. I’m able to bill many insurances, so most of my clients receive free visits! I teach a prenatal breastfeeding class once a month and host a breastfeeding support group twice a month, both of these are in Kaysville. Helping families is my passion! I specialize in bottle refusal, oral restriction assessments, efficient pumping, and providing inclusive, nonjudgemental care.

I am an RN and IBCLC with 25 years of experience working with breastfeeding moms and babies in hospitals and outpatient clinics. I currently see my clients in the comfort of their own homes. I have gone through pain of grief in my life that truly has taken me deeper into a true relationship with God and myself. I feel pain when words can not be expressed, I feel love and joy when the words are so exciting nothing can come out. I feel the anxious feeling of the unknown when written in silence. I can’t explain the truth behind it but I know it’s all because God is always working and is calling us to be there for one another. We are not ever meant to do this world alone. In the past year, I've sort of accidentally found a niche at supporting high risk births, so I'm well versed in how most of the local hospitals deal with labor complications. Beyond that, I'm well informed about supporting physiological births.
