I provide my clients with evidence-based, nonjudgmental, physical and emotional support, and a loving, calming presence. What brings me the most joy in doing this work are the relationships formed, understanding my client’s needs and goals, and supporting them to get there. I’m a mom to two little girls, a former collegiate volleyball player, strength coach, and certified yoga teacher. Functional movement and training have been a part of my life for quite some time, and a significant component of my approach - helping my clients to physically prepare for motherhood. Hello, My name is Erica Espinal and I am a trained Doula as well as a Licensed Esthetician. I wanted to be become a doula because birth is a life-changing experience and all women deserve to have the opportunity to be given that extra support they might have needed or wanted. As well as being a birth doula, I am also training to be a postpartum doula, because I believe that care and support is needed not only during pregnancy and birth but once the baby is born as well!

Hi, I’m Carrie-Lee! I grew up in a house full of chaos and kids. I'm one of nine siblings, with a mom who ran a home daycare for 30+ years and a sister who is also a nanny. So, caregiving isn’t just what I do, it’s pretty much woven into my DNA! Between that and raising my own three kids, supporting families has always felt like second nature. My oldest is up in Maine, working on building his yurt and achieving the off-grid dream. My middle kid is a Junior at Keene State, fully immersed in the world of theater tech, making sure the show always goes on! And my youngest is a vocalist who will be attending Berklee College of Music this fall. Raising them has been the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done—and proof that every kid comes into this world with their own wild, wonderful personality. When I’m not up late with newborns, you’ll probably find me camping, roller skating, or practicing archery—because balance and precision are key in both work and life. Or at least, that’s what I tell myself! My style is laid back and nonjudgmental. I'm easy going and ready to pivot depending on your needs and how they may change. Working with children and their families has been my life’s work, whether being a center-based teacher or in-home care. Having experienced vastly different prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences with both of my sons, this lit the passion in me to help others during this time when things can be unexpected. Hi! I'm Naomi. I am a Certified Practitioner Midwife choosing to focus on providing birth and postpartum doula support. I keep my Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) cards active at all times. I am currently in the process of becoming certified as a postpartum doula. I believe that if women/birthing persons and their babies were truly supported in the way they most need, we would have peace on Earth. I decided to become a midwife and doula because I want to make the world a better place, and I believe the way to do that is to bring compassionate support to mothers and their babies. I am a mother myself, My daughter just turned 4 months. Her name is Azariyah. Fun fact - my mom named all of her kids starting with the letter A, so i am keeping the trend going lol. I enjoy taking care of others it comes natural to me. Birth is such a beautiful experience to go through. To me there will never be enough time to soak it all in. Postpartum is very challenging with trying to heal, taking care of yourself and also taking care of your little one. Trust me when i say i know!
