About me

I am a certified birth& postpartum doula, as well as CPR& first aide. After having 3 babies of my own, I knew this is exactly the career for me. I know how lonely and tiring the postpartum journey can be, and that’s what I am here for! I’d love to be your extra support. My goal is to actively listen to your needs and wants, and to create a healthy sleep schedule for your baby and you. Rest is very important in the fourth trimester. I can give you resources, suggestions, and advice when needed. I will be there to do some chores as well such as cleaning bottle and pump parts, and doing the baby’s laundry. I’m excited to learn all about your plan, and be there by your side!

Service introduction

My goal is to consistently check in with you, your baby, and family. I’m here to guide you through the 4th trimester and make things easier and more relaxing for everyone in the house. I’m here to assist you throughout the night with feeds, diaper changes, pumping, and breastfeeding. I will actively listen to your thoughts and create a safe space. I will sleep condition the baby, to create a healthy sleep schedule.
