2. Continuous Labor & Birth Support
Full attendance at your birth, regardless of duration.
Physical Support: Constant presence to provide counter-pressure, massage, and positioning.
Emotional Grounding: Maintaining a peaceful environment for you and your partner.
The Golden Hour: I stay for 1–2 hours after birth to assist with the first feeding and ensure the family is settled and skin-to-skin contact is prioritized.
3. Postpartum Wellness (2-3 Sessions)
Modeled after MassHealth postpartum guidelines for recovery and transition.
Physiological Recovery: Support for your body’s healing process using natural wellness strategies.
Infant Feeding & Care: Assistance with breastfeeding/chestfeeding and understanding your newborn’s biological sleep and hunger cues.
