We had an exceptional experience with Carrie-Lee. As first-time parents bringing our newborn home, having her support as our postpartum doula made an incredible difference for our family. Her extensive knowledge and experience with newborn care were evident in everything she did, and we trusted her completely to care for our daughter while we caught up on some much-needed sleep. Last summer, my husband, my son (then 3.5 month old), and my father spent a few days in Cape Cod. We were there for an event and decided to make a trip out of it and in order to make the most of the trip, we hired Carrie-Lee to watch my son so we could go out to dinner and have adult evenings. Carrie-Lee helped us for 3 evenings and she was wonderful! For one, leading up to our trip, she was incredibly communicative and we chatted multiple times to ensure I was comfortable as a new mom. When she was watching my son, she was taking him on walks, playing with him, and getting him down for bed (and he was not the best sleeper then). She kept us in the loop with updates.
