About me

As a postpartum doula, I am dedicated to supporting families through the critical transition that follows birth. I view the postpartum period as a time that deserves intentional care, where both parent and child benefit from consistent guidance, reassurance, and practical assistance. My role is to provide evidence based support in areas such as infant feeding, soothing strategies, rest, and family adjustment, while also ensuring that parents feel heard, respected, and empowered in their choices. With a background in early childhood education, I bring a solid understanding of child development alongside a deep commitment to family well-being. My philosophy is rooted in holistic care; recognizing the physical, emotional, and relational needs of each family member. I believe that when parents are supported with compassion and knowledge, they are better able to thrive, bond with their baby, and step into their role with confidence. It is an honor to walk alongside families during this meaningful and transformative season.
