someone for support at the hospital, if i were to be in a position where i cannot advocate for myself then the duola can step in, someone to also support the husband in case he has to make difficult decisions on my behalf
I plan to give birth in a birth center. I’m on medicaid.
I'm a first time mom, age 42. I feel that the info my mother share may be outdated and the internet is saturated with contradicting information so I'm overwhelmed. I would prefer to use my insurance if that's possible. I'd like to have a natural birth but I really don't know my options. My husband is more comfortable with spanish so that would good.
My budget is $3,000.00 total. I reside in Humble TX , I plan to have a water birth. I want a doula with experience. Someone who is patient and on time. Someone who really loves to do this and just isn’t here for the money.

I am in search of a doula and planning to give birth at Heart of Huston birthing center. I don’t really have a birth plan as I’m open to most things but obviously going through the birth center it’s all natural! Ideally would like to stay under $1500
Interested in someone who can help me through a natural birth/possible epidural birth with back issues and knows more about the epidural and birthing process than I do but will help me with using my body’s wya it was made to do its job.
