Hello my name is Karizma & I am interested in getting a doula to help me through birth. I plan on giving birth at Good Samaritan hospital in puyallup wa, I have Molina healthcare which covers a doula up to $3,500. I do not have a birth plan yet & would like a doulas support in formulating one.

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I have HG which restricted movement in my last labor. I am open to an epidural but am also hoping to try for an unmedicated birth. I had panic attacks during my last labor because of the pain (Pitocin was started too early and too strong). I had preeclampsia last time and might this time as well which might result in another induction.
