She supports folks with energy work such as limpias (cleansings) for themselves or a space and healing rituales (rituals for healing).Traditional birth ceremonies and using traditional healing methods to help heal and support people through their journeys. Jas is also a Reiki practitioner, a student of traditional midwifery learning from partera Mirna Amaya in Mexico,and other Parteras from Latinoamerica. They are a certified lactation educator and trauma informed practitioner.
